  • Cultural fit is critical (contractors treated like FTEs)

    • ~15 engineers total today
    • hiring+ mobile engineers now → growing to 40+
  • Product:
    • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)
    • Expanding to new products, markets, and countries
  • Apps are being rebuilt from the ground up
  • Very aggressive delivery timelines for 2025

Location & Onsite Requirements

  • Hybrid onsite: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • Chicago office expanding through mid-2026
  • Preference for candidates local to Chicago
  • Open to relocation on a case-by-case basis
