JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to understand UI requirements

Design wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive, user-friendly interfaces

Participate in product lifecycle stages including discovery, research, and UI design

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and solution design discussions

Develop and maintain Design System and reusable UI components

Ensure seamless UI handoff to development teams

Work with backend developers to integrate front-end components

Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and security standards

Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
