JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 3–5 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio
- Experience with CMS platforms and dashboard/data visualization tools
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong coding ability in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
- Understanding of SEO, UI/UX best practices, and WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Proficiency with version control (Git/GitHub)
- State government experience preferred
