Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SAP FICO application support in Finance modules including GL, AR (OTC), Banking, AP (PTP), AA, CO (CCA and PCA).
  • Work in AMS projects at client location and manage day-to-day support activities.
  • Requirements and process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
  • Business process analysis and redesign: process mapping, redesign and implementation support.
  • Lead and coordinate with business teams, SAP development, technical teams, and offshore/remote AMS teams.
  • Prepare effort estimates for new developments, track status, and liaise with clients in a client-facing capacity.
  • Handle interfaces with 3rd party systems via ALE & IDoc and flat file integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
  • Experience in AMS projects for US clients at client location.
  • Strong knowledge of Electronic Bank Statement, Customer Payments issue handling, Customer Invoice processing, DMEE tree structure, Electronic Bank Payment, House Bank setup, and Vendor Payments.
  • Proven support/application process knowledge across Finance modules and strong SAP finance close process experience; familiarity with SAP closing (CLOCO) tool.
  • Integration experience with SAP ECC modules such as SAP BRIM, SAP Concur, MM, SD, Vertex, and non-SAP connected applications.
  • Experience handling interfaces via ALE/IDoc and flat files.
  • Knowledge of SAP tables, sets, validations, and substitution rules.
  • Experience with SAP custom solutions and RICEF objects preferred.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore/remote AMS teams.
