Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop Tableau dashboards and provide technical guidance to the offshore team.
- Write and query data in Databricks, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into dashboard mockups.
- Evaluate feasibility of dashboard requests from Tableau’s perspective.
- Provide walkthroughs and demonstrations for alpha testers and answer technical questions.
- Support documentation creation and perform end-to-end quality checks.
Required Skills:
- DWBI (Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence): Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and integration of data sources to support analytical and visualization needs.
- Tableau Expertise: Advanced dashboard development and troubleshooting.
- Databricks Expertise: Strong SQL skills, data preparation, and transformation knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in requirement gathering and solution discussions.
- Data Analysis: Ability to connect dashboard visuals to underlying data structures.
- Quality Control: Front-end and back-end validation prior to release.
