We are seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to join our Corporate Finance Platforms team as we advance a major Workday Financials modernization initiative. This role is essential to supporting both the implementation effort and the ongoing post–go-live support model. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working both independently and within a global program environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the build-out, testing, and deployment of Workday Financial integrations defined within the program scope.
  • Serve as a central technical contact for integration-related inquiries, issue triage, and error remediation during the transformation.
  • Coordinate with Workday Support to identify, document, and escalate defects.
  • Assist with developing and executing end-to-end business testing scenarios.
  • Record and classify defects while partnering with testing leadership to determine priority and remediation paths.
  • Design and maintain error-handling procedures and communication flows for active integrations.
  • Evaluate data quality concerns and assess downstream impacts across cross-functional integration points.
  • Post–Go-Live Operational Support
  • Diagnose and resolve integration failures and performance issues.
  • Configure or adjust Workday security, user access, and related settings as required.
  • Monitor system behavior and suggest improvements to optimize integration performance.
  • Partner with functional teams on integration configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee end-to-end integration processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine integration requirements when needed.
  • Track integration defects through resolution, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on functional and technical experience supporting 2–3+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum teams, including user story development and iterative sprint cycles.
  • 5+ years of experience working with traditional Waterfall/SDLC methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, data analyst, or similar role within an IT or financial services setting.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
