Job Details
Job Title : Informatica ETL Developer (PowerCenter/IICS, Oracle/Snowflake, Healthcare Data)
Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience developing ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
- Experience acquiring and integrating data from multiple sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF) using Informatica for consumption by Tableau or other visualization tools.
- Expertise designing and developing complex, optimized Oracle and/or Snowflake SQL scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience acting as a systems analyst in data analytics, performance management, or data warehousing environments.
- Proficiency in technical writing, process diagramming, and use of modeling/mapping tools such as Visio or Erwin.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
- Experience planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best software development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize competing tasks, and switch quickly between assignments.
- Experience working on an Agile sprint team.
- Understanding of security principles, especially those applicable to healthcare data.
- Exposure to modern BI or performance metrics visualization environments.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, working with HHS agencies, or handling PII/PHI data.
- Experience developing scripts with Python.
- Experience using JIRA for project tracking.
- Functional knowledge or hands-on experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience developing applications using Java and JavaScript.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience as a MuleSoft developer.
- Experience developing code in C#.
