Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize large and complex datasets.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (Databricks, SQL, ETL pipelines, etc.) into Power BI models for analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business intelligence requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and optimize data transformation workflows using PySpark and Databricks to ensure efficient data processing and model performance.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse systems into analytics platforms.
- Create Tableau visualizations and reports when required for comparative analytics or cross-platform integration.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with Deloitte s data quality and security standards.
- Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark for data transformation and integration.
- Proven experience building ETL workflows using modern data tools or frameworks.
- Experience creating dashboards and visual reports using Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
