Job Description: 

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Pega7, Pega8, and Pega24, and CLSA certification; strong background in application development or systems analysis with Pega.
  • Participate in complex design projects, applying deep expertise in Pega7, Pega8, and Pega24, with a strong background in customer service applications.
  • Manage technical implementation to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Apply Pega architecture, security frameworks, and service interfaces to create reliable software solutions.
  • Convert complex business needs into clear technical requirements using effective requirement gathering and industry-standard tools.
  • Develop systems that are flexible, reusable, and easy to maintain.
  • Offer development support and design advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve technical challenges as they arise during development.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance system performance.
  • Work collaboratively with production support and development teams to assist end users and address defects, including providing emergency support when necessary.
  • Coordinate with partner teams in development, testing, and support to deliver integrated solutions.

 
Knowledge and Competencies:

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Pega7, Pega8, and Pega24, and CLSA certification; strong background in application development or systems analysis with Pega.
  • Familiarity with selenium automation testing.
  • Ability to understand and debug spring boot microservice applications.
  • Proficient in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, RDBMS, and web technologies.
  • Skilled in system performance monitoring and optimization.
  • In-depth experience configuring security protocols, especially OAuth2.0.
  • Extensive expertise in system analysis and software development.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in at least one area of application development.
  • Capable of adjusting priorities in response to changing needs
