Our client, a leading Gas & Electric Utility company, is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join their Outage Management System IT Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling additional work on internal projects, providing on-call support, and participating in Capital projects. This role requires expertise in WebLogic administration, along with strong secondary skills in Unix and Windows administration at an enterprise level. Key responsibilities include:
Administer and support WebLogic server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage and maintain Unix and Windows servers at an enterprise level, including installation, configuration, patching, and monitoring.
Provide on-call support for critical outages and production issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal projects and Capital projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server environments, middleware, and applications.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring systems are recoverable in case of failures.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in systems administration at an enterprise level.
Extensive experience with WebLogic administration, including configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Unix (Linux/AIX/Solaris) and Windows server administration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
