Participate in cross-functional technical teams with a variety of stakeholders, including corporate IT and divisional engineering teams.

Provide cybersecurity expertise for managed platforms and solutions that leverage Cumulocity and AWS.

Create reports that communicate technical topics to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design and implement secure solutions for unmet customer needs Monitor platform performance to ensure internal and external SLAs are being met.

Drive maturity, quality, and efficiency of solutions through use of automation.

Build resiliency by providing formal and informal training to staff and customers on various technologies and processes.

Provide technical support for supported products with medical device engineering teams.

Collaborate with all stakeholders, including process development, quality, regulatory, clinical, and marketing to ensure project success5 years Information Technology experience.

Experience with security and device management.

Traits of being an independent thinker, problem solver, and self-starter with strong communication skills.

Basic understanding of Python.

Understanding of Information Technology security concepts.

Experience with Cumulocity IoT platform4-year degree, ideally in Information Technology-related field
