Job Description :

Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Unemployment Insurance (UI) projects within the IT Project Management Office. Manage multiple projects, ensure successful delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to define and enhance system capabilities.

  • Analyze, design, and implement UI system projects.

  • Conduct research and recommend technical solutions.

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with users, developers, and stakeholders to define system needs.

  • Create documentation — business processes, requirements, and design artifacts.

  • Develop test plans, conduct UAT, and track defects.

  • Perform system configuration and production issue analysis.

  • Support implementations, upgrades, and standardization efforts.

  • Prepare training materials and assist with system troubleshooting.
