Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with a strong background in Pega application development, Mainframe DB2, and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance Pega solutions, along with expertise in supporting existing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Pega applications that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

  • Build and enhance application components including flows, flow actions, data pages, data transforms, and activities.

  • Work on DB2 SQL and Unix for backend integration and data operations.

  • Develop and support API and web service integrations with external systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system analysis, design, and implementation.

  • Provide ongoing Pega application support and performance optimization.

  • Utilize knowledge of Smart Dispute Framework (preferred) for Pega solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

  • Communicate effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

  • 8–10 years of overall application development and support experience.

  • 4–5 years of hands-on Pega application development experience.

  • Strong experience with DB2 SQLUnix, and Java.

  • Proficient in API and web services development and integration.

  • Knowledge of Smart Dispute Framework (preferred).

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
