Job Description:

Must Haves:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare project management
  • Experience in a healthcare payer environment is strongly preferred (healthcare provider background acceptable)
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects in clinical or healthcare operations
  • Expertise in project planning tools and managing integrated project plans
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to track project KPIs, assess risks, and manage dependencies
  • High degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering results
  • Comfortable using Excel, Teams, and other project collaboration tools
  • Exposure to clinical workflows or delivery models in a healthcare setting
