Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong Python programming skills (production-ready code).
  • Solid software engineering background: OOP, design patterns, clean code.
  • Experience with computer vision & image processing frameworks (OpenCV, Pillow).
  • Hands-on with ML frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • OCR expertise: Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, or custom models.
  • Familiarity with object detection (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD).
  • Knowledge of classification, feature extraction, and evaluation metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ADO Testing Module.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Optional / Plus:

  • Production ML Vision system experience.
  • Microservices or distributed systems exposure.
  • Enterprise solutions (SAP), ITIL/ITSM, ML/AI certifications.
