Job Title: Microsoft BI Specialist

Job Description:

Seeking a Power BI specialist to migrate an existing Excel dashboard to Power BI and enhance usability. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard design.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements with stakeholders, review current Excel dashboard, and define enhancements.
  • Integrate Power BI with data sources, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Test and validate data integrity and calculations.
  • Document data sources, models, DAX formulas, and dashboard logic.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong project portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
  • Experience migrating Excel dashboards to Power BI.
  • Solid grasp of data visualization principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
