Job Description:

We are seeking a strong and experienced Scrum Master to support a high-visibility project at Johnson & Johnson in Titusville, NJ. This role requires hands-on leadership in Agile/Scrum practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on API-heavy environments and Risk Management  and expertise on SAP or Supply Chain .

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise environment
  • Strong background in working with APIs (design, implementation, integration)
  • Solid understanding of Risk Management frameworks and methodologies
  • Expertise on SAP or Supply chain 
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Experience leading multiple Agile teams or projects concurrently

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous projects with J&J (highly preferred)
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II)
