Job Description: 

Gather, document, and analyse business and system requirements in the healthcare domain (payer, provider, claims, EHR/EMR, pharmacy, or regulatory compliance).

Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with cross functional teams (product managers, developers, QA, clinicians, operations) to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.

Analyze healthcare data, workflows, and reporting needs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes.

Support system implementation, testing (UAT, SIT), and change management activities.

Create process flows, data mappings, and documentation for healthcare systems and applications.

Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports/dashboards for stakeholders.

Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT), and regulatory chang
